Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel revealed that the warm weather in Portugal was the main reason the team chose to camp there.
During the winter break, Bayern decided to travel to Portugal for training from 14-18 January, where the weather is warm for training.
And at the press conference before the game against Hoffenheim. Thomas Tuchel was asked about his short trip to Portugal. And he explains some of the reasons why he found the trip so beneficial to the team.
The trip comes in between the TSG Hoffenheim match and the matchup against SV Werder Bremen on the 21st. Which is quickly followed three days later by the rescheduled encounter against Union Berlin. The original fixture was cancelled last year due to record-setting snowfall in Munich that deemed it too unsafe for travel purposes as well as some safety concerns at the Allianz Arena.
“I prefer warm weather training camps. You can spend more time together. And there is no cold weather. We can therefore arrange rest times differently.” ทางเข้า https://ufabet999.com/
“During cold weather the risk of illness and injury is higher. The conditions are perfect to be able to train twice a day. “
We can practice attacking and defending, set-pieces and much more. I’m waiting for that time. I hope we go to Portugal with a victory.”
