Nicolo Barella is another Inter Milan player who is about to renew his contract with the club.

On Thursday, Inter announced a new contract with Lautaro Martinez. That was good news for Nerazzurri fans, who have entrusted their future to the club.

Most recently on the same night, Fabricio Romano stated. That Barella was on the verge of becoming the latest Inter Milan player to sign a new contract with the club.

Reports in the Italian report suggest the 24-year-old is likely to agree and sign a contract sometime next week, with Inter urging the midfielder to stay at the club for the long term and position him as a future captain.

The club is ready to offer a five-year contract. That will also increase wages to match the core of the team as well.

The 24-year-old is already under contract with the club until 2024. And the report goes on to add that he is living one of his two dreams at Inter.
